12 WEEK FITNESS & NUTRITION PROGRAM
It's FALL, a new season, and the perfect time to get STRONG.
Purposely planned to begin at the start of October and MOVE YOU through mid-December.
The program will focus on fitness & nutrition with sessions dedicated to strength & conditioning, nutrition, individual goals, and mindset. Nutritional sessions are held twice weekly to meet your schedule. You can attend all or some. Sessions will be recorded for FALL STRONG participants who are not able to attend; however, in-person is the optimal way to go, so make those sessions and stay consistent. Let's reset your life in the most meaningful way. These FEEL STRONG Nutrition Pow Wows will meet the needs of the small group participants with support and education as we navigate the challenges of end-of-year schedules, mental and emotional demands, holiday events, and day-to-day obstacles.
This program is meant to be empowering and fun, setting up each FALL STRONG participant for success. Workout challenges will be fun and designed to push us to compete not against each other but for the reward of realizing what we are each capable of. Goal setting, check-ins, and support are all part of it.
