KOOLFIRE’s Small Group Strength Training is where form, function, and fire come together. This workout is built to help you master proper technique, build total-body strength, and move with confidence in every plane of motion — sagittal, frontal, and transverse.

Using primal movement patterns and functional strength training, you’ll develop real-world power, better balance, sharper agility, and a deeper understanding of how and why to train with weights. Every session is intentional, challenging, and tailored for progress.
