The "End of Year Shed" 21 is more than a challenge — it’s a reset, a release, and a rise.
For 21 days, you’ll commit to showing up for yourself with intention, consistency, and grit. Because 21 days isn’t just a habit-building window… it’s a promise. A choice to shed what no longer serves you (body fat, inflammation, bad habits, negative beliefs...) and step into the strength, balance, and clarity you want for the year ahead.

DESIGNED FOR THE SEASON — when life gets busy, schedules get crowded, and excuses get loud. The 21 Day Challenge is a promise you make to yourself to lean in anyway. To prove to yourself that you can stay committed, grounded, and focused even in the most demanding moments. That’s the KOOLFIRE mindset: mental toughness, balanced energy, and powerful follow-through.
